Thanks Ed. As to where I get this stuff the answer is Twitter! Almost everything I share on this blog is linked in some way to me using Twitter. If teachers can take the time to set up an account they can build a personal learning community that is available whenever they want to access it and more powerful than any PLC they have been involved in before.
